Terms

1. Price is subject to change without notice.
2. Shipping information: All orders are shipped within 3-5 days offer receiving the order. Most orders are shipped with USPS, FedEx or UPS.
3. Special freight arrangements can be made on larger size orders upon request. Rush shipping is available upon special request.
4. Damages and shortages: If any order is short or damaged please notify us within 5 business days of receiving the shipment. We will credit your account when the merchandise is returned to our warehouse with the proper return authorization number.
5. Returns: A 20% restocking fee for any returns. And product that is open or partially used is not returnable. All returns must be approved by our office and will receive an authorization number. Shipping charges are not refundable.
6. Back-orders: Any out of stock item will not be back ordered.
